Clark Funeral Home Posted October 4, 2011 Report Share Posted October 4, 2011 Jimmy Earl Scott, age 66, of Dallas, GA, passed away Tuesday, October 4, 2011. He was born February 27, 1945, in Boaz, AL, and was preceded in death by his parents, Herbert J. & Minnie Scott, his wife, Reggie Diane Scott and his brother, Milton Scott. Mr. Scott was retired after 28 years as a tool engineer with Lockheed-Martin. He was a member of Dallas Masonic Lodge #182, Dallas Chapter Royal Arch Masons, Douglasville Council and Douglasville Commandry Knights Templer, Scottish Rite Mason Valley of Atlanta, Khorrasan Grotto and Yaarab Shrine. Survivors include his son & daughter-in-law, Michael & Julie Scott of Cumming, GA; sister & brother-in-law, Frances & James England of Albertville, AL; and grandchild, Alex Scott. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Dr. Curtis Turner officiating. The ashes will be interred in Paulding Memorial Gardens following the service. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 8, 2011, from 10:00 AM until the service time.
