Perfect Riding Mower for women or smaller people

Craftsman Riding Mower (slightly vintage, but an awesome little sucker!) Fiberglass body, full-fledged 3 speed tansmission (with a fast reverse), reconditioned blade, fully re-adjusted to perfection, gas line shut off valve, 7.0 HP Tecumseh engine. I know that doesn't seem like a lot of HP, but this thing will pull wheelies and tear it down!! I am asking $300 on craigslist, but I will let it go for 250.....maybe a little less...just not less than 200. 26" cut, btw.....single blade.
