[Attic Self Storage]

Hello, I'm the manager at the Attic XII location in Dallas. The home office gave me permission to post under their account.

 

Since February is a short month our corporate office has decided to run a contest among our 11 locations. All I have to do is rent the most units between now and the end of the month. If you are thinking about renting storage, climate contolled storage, a parking space a covered parking space, or an office warehouse, now is the time to do it.

 

At Attic XII I am offering your first month free when you pay for months 2 and 3. Our Hiram location has some good deals going on as well. I know the office warehouse deal is outstanding. I really want one of our Paulding locations to win. I'd love for it to be me, but if not, I'd be happy if it were Hiram.

 

My BIGGIE: I have a rare unit available. For the first time in 8 months I have a covered parking space open. This is a 10X40 space and it is $105/month. Most storage facilities have parking but very few have covered parking. Those that do, usually are completely full and have waiting lists. The things that set us apart from many other facilities are our security cameras, paved and extra wide driveways, gated and passcoded entrance, and ready.......... we allow you to have use of our electricity for covered parking. What that means is you can keep your batteries charged and eliminate the necessity to winterize most RV's. I expect this space will be rented before the end of the day. Will it be you?

 

Our contracts are month to month so you aren't locked in to an extended period of time. Whether you require storage for a month or several years you can feel comfortable that Attic Self Storage will be able to meet your needs.
