Mr. Howard Arnold Cooper, Sr. Age 74 of Temple, Ga. Passed Away on Friday January 21, 2011.

 

Mr. Cooper was born on September 29, 1936 in Montgomery, Al. to the late Mr. & Mrs. Howard Jesse (Willie Thelma Arnold) Cooper.

 

Mr. Cooper was the owner of Cooper Boys Home Furniture and Hobby's for many years.

 

Mr. Cooper served in the United States Army.

 

Services will be held on Sunday January 23, 2011 at 4:00 P.M. from the Chapel of Benson Funeral Home with Rev. David Reid officiating. Interment will follow in the Dallas Memory Gardens.

 

Mr. Cooper's family will receive friends on Saturday January 22, 2011 from 4:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M.

 

Mr. Cooper is Survived by:

 

Son: Mr. & Mrs. Howard Jesse (Melissa) Cooper, II of Temple, Ga.

 

Son: Mr. Tom Coleman Cooper of Dallas, Ga.

 

Daughter: Miss Kimberly Ann Cooper of Atlanta,Ga

 

Grandchildren: Corey Converse, Lacey Cooper and Katie Cooper

 

Sister: Mr. & Mrs. John (Mary Anna) Cochran of Dallas, Ga.

 

Dearest Friend: Mrs. Donna Yassanye of Woodstock, Ga.

Jesse,Howard,and Tom gave me a Christmas ornament in the 70's when I kept them in daycare. The ornament said, "Christmas Is Love." I still put that ornament on my tree every year!
