Thanks Tom....btw, Subby = Glenn. Just so they know. I sent a PM to do a night for tips only, just to get the ball rolling. Given the bad weather we had, the restaurant owner/managers I have talked to so far, have really taken a beating (along with many other businesses) so I am making adjustments, so that nothing comes from the pockets of the owners, for the time being.
