Edward E. Norton

Mr. Edward E. Norton, age 58 of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at his residence.

 

 

 

Mr. Norton was born in Columbus, Georgia on February 13, 1952, the son of the late Mr. Hugh Lawrence Norton, Sr. And Mrs. Eva Ostean Norton.. He worked for many years with Western Electric and Lucent Technologies which later became AT&T in Sandy Springs, at the time of death he worked with Heidelberg Printing Press as a Customer Service Technician. Mr. Norton enjoyed woodworking. He was a devoted #1 Roll Tide Alabama Football and Bear Bryant Fan.

 

 

 

Mr. Norton is survived by his wife, Mrs. Linda Turner Norton of Dallas, GA , one son Daniel Edward Norton of Dallas, GA, one sister Sheryl (Carl) Norton-Dexheimer of De Moine, Iowa, one brother Hugh Lawrence (Sandra) Norton, Jr. of Ocala, Fla. Special Cousin Linda Wilcher of Columbus, GA and many beloved nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, cousins and friends.

 

 

 

Funeral services for Mr. Edward E. Norton will be conducted on Tuesday, January 18, 2011 at 2:00PM in the chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral with Rev. Thomas Cole officiating. Pall bearers will include Rodney White, Randy Skinner, Patrick Turner, Bill Dye, Travis Turner and Mike McEachern . Interment will follow at Paulding Memorial Gardens.

 

 

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, January 17, 2011 from 4PM– 8 PM and Tuesday, January 18, 2011 from 9AM– 2PM..

 

 

 

Flowers are being accepted, however it was Mr. Norton desire memorials be made to Kingdom Communities, Inc. at 71 Southwind Lane, Dallas, Georgia 30157.
