Mr. Ralph Hudson Newsome

Mr. Ralph Hudson Newsome age 82 of Dallas Georgia passed away on Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Wellstar Tranquility Hospice in Austell Georgia.

 

 

 

Mr. Ralph Newsome was born on November 18, 1928 in Marietta, GA the son of loving parents, the late Mr. James Elec Newsome and Mrs. Myrtle Hudson Newsome. He was also preceded in death by two brothers Mr. Jimmy Newsome and Mr. Richard "Rick" Newsome. Mr. Newsome worked as a sheet metal fabricator for Lockheed. He loved spending time with his family. He was a very proud father and grandfather.

 

 

 

Mr. Newsome is survived by his beloved wife Mrs. Ruth Newsome of Dallas, GA; one son Mr. & Mrs. Gary (Selean Shuley) Newsome of Acworth, GA; one daughter Mr. & Mrs. Mike (Stacey) Hood Young of Dallas, GA; four grandchildren Brandi Jones, Heidi Newsome, Robin Ingram, and Nolan Young; as well as many other beloved family members and friends.

 

 

 

Funeral services for Mr. Ralph Newsome will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Saturday, January 15, 2011 at 2 pm with the Reverend Ronnie Sanders officiating. Music will be provided by Jeff Eberhart and Becky Bearden. Pall bearers will include Mike Hood, Michael Thomas, Lex Newsome, Matt Ingram, Nolan Young and Brady Roach. Interment will follow at Mountain View Park Cemetery.

 

 

 

Visitation services for Mr. Newsome will be held at Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Friday, January 14, 2011 from 2 – 9 pm and Saturday, January 15, 2011 from 9 am until the service begins at 2pm.
