Leonard F. DePerno, age 95, of Dallas, GA, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2010. He was born October 20, 1915, in South Wales, New York. Mr. DePerno was preceded in death by his parents, Cosmos & Clotilde DePerno; wife, Charlotte DePerno; five brothers; and two sisters. He was retired as a Deputy Sheriff with the Erie County Sheriff’s Department in South Wales, New York.

Survivors include his sons & daughters-in-law, Leonard R. & Christine DePerno of Dallas, GA and Thomas & Debra DePerno of East Aurora, NY; daughter & son-in-law, Mary Ann & Gilbert Elden of The Villages, FL; grandchildren, Daniel DePerno & wife, Janie, Cynthia Giles & husband, Joseph, Darcie Koenig & husband, Brandon, Jessica Twardowski & husband, Michael, and Jacob DePerno & wife, Kate; great-grandchildren, Rachael, Carter & Erinne Giles, and Dominic & Dillan DePerno; nieces and nephews.

In accordance with his wishes, his body was cremated.

Clark Funeral Home, Hiram, GA, is in charge of the arrangements.
