Ultra Limo Posted November 5, 2010 Report Share Posted November 5, 2010 I just wanted to take a moment to update all of our faithful PCOM customers that we've made some organizational changes within Ultra Limousine. After 4 excellent years operating under the Ultra Limousine name, we've now merged with one of our partner companies, A&C Limousine. A&C is based in Cartersville, GA and over the years we've developed a great working relationship with each other so I know this move is a win win for Ultra Limousine, A&C Limousine and most of all the customers of both of our companies. I've been so grateful for the support that I've received from PCOM over the years from the recurring business and referrals to the special events and fundraisers that we've been able to be a part of. Without the community support we wouldn't have survived, especially in this tough economy. Most, if not all, of our local competitors have shut their operations down over the past couple of years due to the high cost of following the state regulations, meeting the commercial insurance requirements and the decrease in the amount of customers utilizing limousine and livery transportation for a simple night out on the town or a big extravaganza. This venture has taught me lot about our community and that it's comprised of a great group of citizens who look out for each other at a moments notice. As a native of Paulding, I've seen this area change in great ways over the years and I'm proud to still call this home. I spent 10 years working for local government and appreciate the support I had there by being given the flexibility to operate an independent transportation company without compromising my responsibility to my career with the agencies and citizens I served as a government employee. I've since moved on from local government and now work for the State of Georgia Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management Agency. Over the past 2 years in my new responsibilities at the state level I've stretched myself very thin at times due to travel commitments to my career while trying to maintain excellent customer service and management of Ultra Limousine. I've contemplated many options over the past few months and the right opportunity has presented itself through an agreement with a great partnership and friendship with Robert Dawkins at A&C Limousine. I'll still be involved with Robert and will continue to work with him as my schedule allows but knowing that my customers will be in great hands provides a lot of relief to me. I'm ready to try and get back to a semi-normal life and actually get some rest and relaxation without always being on the run and playing catch up, usually a day or two too late. Our website has been updated to reflect these changes and our phone numbers will be merged within the next few days. Our primary numbers (678-838-3001 and 404-245-5236) will be routed to the main line of A&C Limousine which is 770-324-8608.
