Rev. Jack Edwin Matheney, Age 75 of Dallas, Ga. Passed Away on Friday October 08, 2010.

 

Rev. Matheney was born on February 20, 1935 in Beaumont, WV to the late David Owen Matheney and Lucy Annie Mitchell.

 

Rev. Matheney was married to Mrs. Edna Marie Vealey.

 

Rev. Matheney was veteran of U.S. Air Force.

 

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday October 10, 2010 at 4:00 P.M. from Country Chapel Church where Rev. Matheney will Lie in State from 3:00 P.M. until the service time at 4:00 P.M.

 

Rev. C.L. Powers and Rev. Tony Mills will officiate the service.

 

Interment will follow in the Melrose Hills Memorial Park Cemetery in Villa Rica, Ga.

Wife: Mrs. Edna Matheney of Dallas, Ga.

Son: Mr. Richard Matheney of Dallas, Ga.

Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Albert (Diana) Mills of Dallas, Ga.

Daughter In Law: Mrs. Gloria Matheney of Hiram, Ga.

8 Grandchildren 13 Great Grandchildren

Sister: Mrs. Hazel Berger of Oakdale, Calafornia

Brother: Mr. & Mrs. Sam (Patsy) Matheney of Hernshaw, WV.
