We offer a planned service contract where we come out to your home twice a year and do a 1,499 point check, ok, I'm exagerrating just a little. Its actually a 17 point check. Just a few of the things it includes are: Clean and check thermostat, Install new filters or wash and re install the washable ones. Check all safety controls, lubricate moving parts, check heat exchanger for cracks, check fan speek for winter/summer operation......

 

Our price is normally $125 a year for this service for a single system home. If you call and mention you saw this on paulding. com and live in Paulding we are offering this to you for just $100 for the first year of service. If you have more than one system we'll take $25 off the normal price also.
