+pauldingfamilytimes
Ever wonder why you’re not getting more calls or business from your website? Unfortunately, your website may not have important components that search engines like Google are looking for. There is an easy way to find out what your website may be lacking. Go to http://websitegrader.com/ to find out. Simply, enter your website address (example: www.MetroAtlantaLandscape.com) and your email address. Then, click on the “Generate Report” button. After a few moments of processing, a new page will come up with your ‘grade’. Just like when you were in school, this grade is based on a 100 point scale. So, if your website score is a 77, basically you have a ‘C’. If you have a low grade, try not to be too disappointed. The good news is that the same report will give you information on how to improve your website. (This week I met with an Atlanta, GA business who’s website score was a 7. So, if you got a low grade, you are not alone!) In the section below your’re overall website grade, there are approximately 19 sections that explain your grade. The areas of your website that need improvement will be highlighted in a pink box with a red exclamation mark. Use this information to make improvements to your site. Then, a few days after you make changes, go back to websitegrader.com and check it again to see if your grade has improved. If you got a low score, don’t understand the suggestions in the report, or just don’t have the time or patience to deal with it, please give us a call at 404-429-1651. We will sit down with you and go over the report and explain (in English) how you can improve your website. We offer this as a FREE service! If you don’t have the time, patience, or technical skills to make the improvements, we would be happy to take care of it for you.
