Annie Mae Evans, age 92, of Dallas, passed away on Saturday, September 11, 2010. She was born on July 20, 1918, in Dallas, GA, and was preceded in death by her mother, Nell Williams.

 

Survivors include her children, Richard Evans of Dallas, Patricia Harris Demeritt of Powder Springs and Michael Evans of Canton; grandchildren, Sherry Hughes of Douglasville, Wanda Wingfield of Douglasville, and Edwin Jefferies Harris, JR of Douglasville, 7 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

 

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday September 15, 2010, at 1 p.m., from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Bernard Weaver officiating. Interment will follow in Riverview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 14, 2010, from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m.
