Mr. Charles Delano Butler age 76, of Paulding County passed away Wednesday June 9, 2010 at Wellstar Paulding Hospital.

 

 

 

Mr. Butler was born on June 29, 1933 in Paulding County. He was the son of the late Johnny William Butler and Floribel Rickerson Butler. He was a member of Legacy Baptist Church. He loved reading and Braves Baseball. He always aspired to be a sports announcer or a weatherman.

 

 

 

Mr. Butler is survived by Mr. & Mrs. Jim (Rhonda) Yearwood of Dallas, Ga; Mary Jane Martin of Dawsonville, Ga; 4 cousins Sally Ford of Alpharetta, Ga; Susan Carter of Smyrna, Ga; John Ulrich of Newton, MS; Ann McCullough of South Carolina; as well as many other beloved family members and friends.

 

 

 

Funeral services for Mr. Charles Butler will be held in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home on Saturday June 12, 2010 at 11 AM with Reverend Jim Yearwood officiating. Music will be provided by Jeff Eberhart. Pallbearers will include Bill Kendall, Johnny Simpson, Randy Thackston, Gene Graham, Tyler Kendall, and Brad Harrell. Interment will follow at Dallas City Cemetery.

 

 

 

Mr. Butler will remain at Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Friday June 11, 2010 from 6 PM - 8 PM.
