The Paulding County Chamber of Commerce and Kennesaw State University’s Center for Conflict Management is presenting a series of continuing education seminars June 22, 2010 and July 28, 2010 at the Paulding County Chamber of Commerce to help local professionals develop marketable skills.

 

Dealing with Difficult People is June 22, 2010 11:30am-1:00pm. This seminar teaches participants how to manage difficult people and thorny encounters successfully. In this difficult economy, the ability to navigate volatile office politics is more important than ever.

 

Introduction to Negotiation is July 28, 2010 11:30am-1:00pm. From corporate contracts and union meetings to real estate purchases, negotiation is a part of life. This seminar teaches participants the skills to maximize their returns.

 

Participants will be eligible for continuing education credits from the American College of Healthcare Executives. Credit has been applied for from the Human Resource Certification Institute. Registration is $25 per person or two for $40. More information is available at
