Funeral Services for Mr. Johnny Eugene "Gene" Lankford, age 77, of Dallas, Ga. will be held Tuesday, June 1, 2010, 2:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home Chapel.

 

Rev. Joe Pritchard will officiate.

 

Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery.

 

Visitation for Mr. Lankford will be held Monday, May 31, 2010, 4:00-9:00 P.M. and Tuesday until time of service.

 

Mr. Lankford is survived by: Son, Mr. and Mrs. Jeff (Phyllis) Lankford of Hiram, Ga.; Daughters, Ms. Crystal Hicks of Dallas, Ga., Mr. and Mrs. Ron (Elaine) Felker of Hiram, Ga. and Mr. and Mrs. Mark (Michelle) Hancock of Acworth, Ga.; Grandchildren, Phillip and Trina Lankford, David and Charlie Hicks, Chelsea Hicks and Matt Bennett, Russell Lankford, Samantha Felker, Luke Hancock; Great Grandchildren, Lacey and Layla Lankford; Brother, Rev. and Mrs. Kenneth (Ann) Lankford of Temple, Ga.; Nieces and Nephews.

 

Mr. Lankford was preceded in death by: Wife, Mrs. Annie Ruth Lankford; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Tumlin Lee (Mary Esther Williams) Lankford; Brother, Mr. James T. Lankford; Sister, Mrs. Jeanette Braswell.
