Mrs. Marcia Ann Rutherford age 67 of Dallas, Georgia passed away on May 17, 2010. She was born on September 6, 1942 the daughter of the late Jack Wisdom Graham and Willette Shipp Graham. During her lifetime she was a sitter for the elderly and a devoted homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family; especially her grandchildren, gardening and all types of flowers.

 

 

 

Mrs. Marcia Rutherford is survived by her 2 daughters and son in law, Lynn & Homer Cochran and Janice Rutherford both of Dallas, Ga.; son, David Rutherford of Dallas, Ga; 4 grandchildren, Elizabeth Ann "Beth" Cochran, Kelci Elise Jacks, Allison Nicole Cochran, and Colby James Cox; and her husband of many years, Jerry Rutherford of Rockmart, Ga. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Wisdom Graham and Willette Shipp Graham and 1 brother, Joe Wisdom Graham.

 

 

 

Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday May 20, 2010 at 2PM in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Reverend Steve Schofield and Reverend Chris Pavlovsky officiating. Music will be provided by Chris & Donna Freeman. Pallbearers will include James Gore, Robert Gore, Bobby Jacks, John Dudley, Darrell Strickland, and James Lindsey. Interment will follow at Dallas Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 5pm until 8pm and on Thursday from 9am until the service begins at 2pm.
