Clark Funeral Home Posted April 30, 2010 Report Share Posted April 30, 2010 Oma Jean Blankenship Wheeler, age 70, of Dallas, GA, passed away Friday, April 30, 2010. She was born in Canton, GA, March 10, 1940, and was preceded in death by her parents, Preston Earl Blankenship & Alice Haney Blankenship, and husband, Jesse Edward Wheeler. Mrs. Wheeler was a homemaker and a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in Canton. Survivors include her sons & daughters-in-law, Ken & Amanda Brown of Dallas, GA, Joe & Lea Wheeler of Dallas, GA, and Tim & Patty Wheeler of Dallas, GA; daughters & sons-in-law, April & Joe Davis of Silver Creek, GA, and Pam & Rusty Richards of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Justin Davis, Jesse Davis, Ryley Wheeler, Zac Brown, and Jordan Pavey. Funeral services will be Sunday, May 2, 2010, at 2:00 PM, from Clark Funeral Home, with Pastor Ron Burgess officiating. Interment will follow in Kennesaw Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, May 1, 2010, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Clark Funeral Home, Hiram, GA, is in charge of arrangements.
