Did you know............Your Haiti Earthquake Donations made in 2010 are deductible on your 2009 tax return.

 

Taxpayers who itemize deductions on their 2009 tax return can claim any cash donations made to the Haiti Relief between January 11, 2010 and March 1, 2010.

 

You must keep a record of any charitable donations made such as can celled check, receipt from charity or phone bill for donation made by text.
