Gary Julian Smith, age 60, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2009. He was born in Atlanta, September 29, 1949, and was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel J. & Margaret Menendez Smith. Mr. Smith was a warehouse supervisor for 25 years.

Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Linda Warren Smith; son & daughter-in-law, Brian Keith Smith & wife, Melissa Darlene of Douglasville, GA; daughter, Vicki Lynn Christy of Reno, NV; sister,

Laura McMillian of Atlanta, GA; seven grandchildren; and one

great grandchild.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 9, 2009, at 11:00 AM, from Clark Funeral Home. Entombment will follow in Cheatham Hill Memorial Park, with Blake Seabolt, Anthony McMillian, James Warren, Jr., Eric Welch, Lee Gibbs and Trace Moore serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Sunday at the funeral home from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
