Fears

Mr. Leonard H. (Pat) Fears, age 73, of Dallas, formerly of Smyrna, passed away on Tuesday, March 15, 2005. He was born on April 6, 1931 in Lynchburg, VA to the late Frank and Fannie Fears. He was a retired electrician with Delta Airlines with 28 years of service and was a Navy veteran of the Korean War.

Surviving are his wife of 51 years, Shirley K. Fears; a son and daughter-in-law, Frank W. (Butch) and Jan Fears of Carrollton; daughters and sons-in-law, Suzanne Mingo of Dawsonville, Lori and Chuck Bracknell of Douglasville and Patti and Larry Holden of Clarksville, GA; six grandsons and a granddaughter.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 20, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram with Reverend Joe Tanner officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75231 or the American Diabetes Association, P.O. Box 2680, North Canton, Ohio 44720.
