Mr. Harrison G. Baxter, Sr. passed away on September 22, 2009 with his beloved wife by his side. Mr. Baxter was a lifelong resident of Paulding County and was born on October 4, 1947 the son of Mr. P. M. Baxter and Mrs. Willie Mae Hulsey Baxter. His was employed as a landscaper having retired after 30 years of service from Six Flags Over Georgia. Mr. Baxter was of the Baptist Faith.

 

 

Funeral services for Mr. Harrison G. Baxter, Sr. will be conducted on Friday September 25, 2009 at 4 PM in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Reverend Thomas Cole officiating. Following the services his body will be cremated.

 

 

Mr. Baxter is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Mary Frances Baxter of Dallas, Ga.; son, Harrison Baxter, Jr. of Dallas, Ga.; daughters and son in law, Linda Fay Morris of Dallas, Ga. and Trisha Mae & Brian Barnett of Dallas, Ga.; mother, Willie Mae Hulsey Baxter of Dallas, Ga.; 4 grandchildren, Felicia Morris, Ethan Morris, Christin Barnett, Dylan Barnett and a great grandchild, Kylie Kriser. He was preceded in death by his father, P. M. Baxter; brother, Charles Baxter and a Little Infant Sister.

 

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 3 PM until 9 PM and on Friday from 9 AM until the service begins at 4 PM.
