Clark Funeral Home Posted August 12, 2009 Report Share Posted August 12, 2009 Henry Alexander Washington, age 72, of Dallas, GA, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2009. Mr. Washington was born November 15, 1936, in Farmville, VA. He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander & Rosella Washington, and wife, Jean Monroe Washington. He was a machinist and a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church in Paterson, NJ. Survivors include his sons & daughters-in-law, Jerome Washington of Marietta, Wayne & Kathy Washington of Atlanta, and Terence & Michele Washington of Powder Springs; daughters & sons-in-law, Sylvia Benjamin of Riverdale, Rene & Jonathan Edwards of Dallas, and Jeanette & Reginald Whipple of Powder Springs; nine grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 12, 2009, at 7:00 PM, from Solid Rock Baptist Church in Paterson, New Jersey. Interment will be Thursday, August 13, 2009, in Fair Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.
