Mr. Lebbues "Buck" Gilbert age: 87, of Dallas,Ga. Passed away on August 5, 2009 at his residence.

Mr. Gilbert was born on February 9, 1922 in Gilbertown Alabama to the late Mr. S.T. Gilbert and Mrs. Leila Singley Gilbert.

Mr. Gilbert was married to Mrs. Evelyn Frances Pressley Gilbert. Mr. Gilbert was a veteran of the United States Army.

Mr. Gilbert was retired from General Motors Assembly Plant.

 

Services will be held on Friday August 7, 2009 at 3:00 P.M. from the chapel of the Benson Funeral Home with the Rev. Andy Fennell, Rev. Harold Weatherford and Rev. C.L. Powers officiating Interment will follow in Paulding Memorial Gardens in Hiram,Ga. with his Grandson's serving as Pall Bearers:Mr. Tim Gilbert, Mr. Randy Gilbert, Mr. Jeremy Daniell, Mr. Kenny Jackson, Mr. Doug Daniell, Mr. D.L. Waters, Mr. Marvin Thurmond Visitation will be held Thursday August 6, 2009 from 1:00P.M. until 9:00 P.M.

 

Mr. Gilbert is Survived by: Wife: Mrs. Evelyn Gilbert of Hiram,Ga. Son: Mr. & Mrs. Ricky (Pearl) Gilbert of Hiram, Ga. Daughter: Mr. & Mrs. Doug (Denise) Daniell of Hiram,Ga. Grandchildren: Mr. & Mrs. Tim (Crystal) Gilbert, Mr. Randy Gilbert, Mr. & Mrs. Kenny (Lisa) Jackson, Mr. Jeremy Daniell Great Grandchildren: Kali Jackson, Hunter Daniell, Megan Gilbert, Bryant Jackson Step Great Grandchildren: Gage Dobek, Carly Miller Brother: Mr. S.T. Gilbert of Charlotte, N.C. Mr. & Mrs. Robert Lee (Hilda) Gilbert of New Orleans, La. Half Sister: Mr. & Mrs. Bill (Nita) Mosley of Colorado Springs,Co.
