Golf Tournament at Creekside Golf Club Wednesday, June 24th, 2009 Tee off is at 9:00 a.m.

 

Cost is $100.00 per person

 

Tax Deductible donations include:

 

Greens Fee

Cart Rental

Lunch

Tournament Shirt

 

All funds will go to the South Paulding Touchdown Club Inc., and all proceeds will exclusively benefit the Spartan Football program.

If you can't play - you or your business could sponsor a hole.

 

Hole Sponsor Option 1

For $100 you or your company can sponsor a hole. Your company name and/or logo will be displayed on a 11”x14” sign at a tee box throughout the tournament.

Hole Sponsor Option 2

Companies registering a team foursome ($400) will automatically receive a hole sponsorship. Your company name and/or logo will be displayed on a 11”x14” sign at a tee box throughout the tournament.
