Mr. Coy Jack McBrayer, Jr. age 68 of Dallas, Georgia passed away on May 27, 2009 at Emory Hospital.

 

 

Mr. McBrayer was born September 28, 1940 the son of the late Coy Jack McBrayer and Maudie McBrayer. He was a member of Harper Lake Baptist Church. Mr. McBrayer was a truck operator for Austell Boxboard.

 

 

He is survived by his wife Mrs. Lois Ruth Railey McBrayer, of Dallas, Georgia to whom he has been married for 26 years; one son, Reverend & Mrs. Eugene (Melissa) McBrayer of Dallas, Ga.; two daughters, Reverend & Mrs. Paul (Kathy) Kiker of Buchanan, Ga.; Miss Diane McBrayer of Dallas, Ga.; five stepchildren, Mr. Kenneth Bradford of Villa Rica, Ga.; Mrs. Sharon Ruth of Tennessee, Mrs. Linda Draper of Zebulon, Ga., Mrs. Karen Lynch of Missouri, Mr. Landis Bradford of Villa Rica, Ga.; sister, Mrs. Betty Johnson of Dallas, Ga.; brother, Mr. Roy McBrayer of Dallas, Ga.; eight grandchildren, eight step grandchildren, many great great grandchildren and many other beloved family members and friends. Mr. McBrayer was preceded in death by one son, Mr. Wilbur Ricky McBrayer and one brother, Mr. G. W. McBrayer.

 

 

Funeral services conducted for Mr. Coy Jack McBrayer, Jr. on Friday May 29, 2009 at 2PM from the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home. Reverend Leonard Chambers, Reverend Rick Cantrell, Reverend Eugene McBrayer officiating. Reverend Paul Kiker and Reverend Joey Meeks in charge of the graveside service. Music provided by Jeff Eberhart and Sheila Chambers. Interment will follow at Victory Baptist Church Cemetery.

 

 

Mr. McBrayer will remain at Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home where the family will receive friends Thursday May 28, 2009 from 4pm until 9pm.
