Funeral Services for Mr. Roger Lee Christopher, age 62, of Dallas, Ga. will be held on Monday, February 23, 2009, 1:00 P.M. at Benson Funeral Home. Rev. C.L. Powers will officiate. Interment will follow at Melrose Hill Memorial Park.

Visitation for Mr. Christopher will be Sunday, February 22, 2009, 10:00 A.M.- 8:00 P.M. and Monday, February 23, 2009, 10:00 A.M.- 1:00 P.M.

 

Mr. Christopher was a retired security guard for a power company.

 

Mr. Christopher is survived by: Daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Jack (Cathy) Gazaway of Dallas, Ga.; Sons, Mr. Doug Austin (Sybil) of Houston, Tx. and Mr. David Austin (Linda Miller) of Villa Rica, Ga.; 7 Grandchildren; 10 Great Grandchildren; Brothers, Mr. Ronald Christopher and Mr. Junior Christopher of Barnesville, Ga.

 

Mr. Christopher was preceded in death by: Wife, Mrs. Charlotte Mauldin Christopher; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leo (Edna Garrett) Christopher.
