Baumann

Irene Ann Baumann, age 79, of Dallas, GA passed away on Saturday, January 24, 2009. She was born on February 18, 1929 in Queens, N.Y. to the late Percy and Louise Hastings.

Survivors include her husband, Rudolf Baumann; daughters and sons-in-law, Gail & Thomas Hazelton of Hiram, GA and Joyce & Rick Eaglestone of Queensbury, N.Y.; brothers, Howard Hastings of Long Island, N.Y., Donald Hastings of Howard Beach, N.Y. and Warren Hastings of Ronkonkoma, N.Y.; a sister, Janet Calise of Howard Beach, N.Y.; grandchildren, Jodi Davis, Jayme Heinemann, Jason Weber and Alexa and Paige Eaglestone; great-grandchildren, Cody Brown and William Weber; nieces and nephews.

Memorial services will be Saturday, January 31, 2009, at 2:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home Chapel, with Reverend Alex Stevens officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 1:00pm until the service time. The body was cremated.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to, VFW Post #6196, 32 Luzerne Road, Queensbury, NY 12804, or any other military charity.
