Clark Funeral Home Posted January 16, 2009 Report Share Posted January 16, 2009 Larry Roger Cole, age 60, of Hiram, passed away on Friday, January 16, 2009. A native of Paulding County, GA, he was born October 1, 1948, to the late Curtis J. & Annie Laurie Cole. Mr. Cole was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was a licensed plumber, employed by the State of Georgia for 18 years. Mr. Cole was a member of White Oak SpringsBaptist Church and a member of Douglasville Masonic Lodge #289. Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Delores Cheatham Cole; daughter & son-in-law, Christy & Adam Ferrell of Douglasville; step-mother, Barbara Cole of Temple; brother & sister-in-law, Tracy & Sandra Cole of Waco; sister & brother-in-law, Cindy & Doug Robinson of Buchanan; grandchildren, NiCole Ferrell of Douglasville and Joshua Ferrell of Douglasville; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 18, 2009, at 3:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Jeff Byrd, Reverend Charles Williams, Reverend Earl Partain and Brother Tracy Cole officiating. Interment will follow in Sweetwater Memorial Park with Masonic Honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
