Mrs. Leola P. Biddy

Mrs. Leola P. Biddy age 89, of Dallas Georgia, passed away Wednesday January 14, 2009 at Heartland Hospice in Austell, Ga.

 

Mrs. Biddy was born on September 15, 1919 in Cherokee County, Georgia, daughter of the late William Thomas Keown and Ollie Reece Keown. She worked as a painter in a Doll Factory for many years. Mrs. Biddy was a loving mother and wife.

 

Mrs. Biddy is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law: Mrs. Velma Chastain of Dallas, Ga, Mrs. Ann and John Spivey of Canton, Ga; one son and daughter-in-law: Claude Wayne and Carol Biddy of Austell, Ga; two sisters: Louella Williams of Douglasville, Ga and Ruth Martin of Jasper, Ga; three half sisters: Dorothy Parson of South Carolina, Carolyn Bentley of Canton, Ga and Shirley Hote of Florida; 23 Grandchildren, 24Great Grandchildren and many Great Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband: Sylvester Biddy; one daughter: Betty Jo Plunkett: one son: Billy LeRoy Biddy.

 

Funeral Services for Mrs. Leola Biddy will be held at the Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home Chapel Saturday January 17, 2009 at 1pm, with Pastor Clifton Brock officiating. Music will be provided by Wanda Copeland. Interment will follow service at Little River Church Cemetery in Woodstock, Ga.

 

Mrs. Biddy will remain at Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home where family will receive friends Friday from

 

5pm to 9pm, Saturday from 9am until the services begins at 1:00pm.

 

Pallbearers are asked to meet at the Funeral Home Saturday by 12:15pm and they include: Claude Wayne Biddy, Wayne Biddy, Dewey Owen, Dale Bramlett, Brian Biddy and Barry Biddy: Honorary Pallbearers: John Dowdy and Justin Bramlett.
