Funeral Services for Mrs. Annie Mae Costley, age 84, of Temple, Ga. will be held on Thursday, December 4, 2008, 2:00 P.M. Brother T. J. Fields will officiate. Interment will follow at New Hope Cemetery.

 

Visitation for Mrs. Costley will be Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2008 11:00 A.M. - 8:00 P.M. and Thursday until the time of the service.

 

Mrs. Costley is survived by: Daughters, Ms. Brenda Costley of Temple, Ga. and Ms. Patty Swann of Dallas, Ga.; Sons, Mr. Terry Gene Costley of Dallas, Ga., Mr. and Mrs. Roger Dale (Carmen) Costley of Douglasville, Ga. and Mr. and Mrs. Howell Jackson (Junie Mae) Costley of Douglasville, Ga.; Grandchildren, Tesia Pannell, Pamela Hall, Joseph Hall, Howie Costley and Dale Costley; Great Grandchildren, Elizabeth Pannell, Ellis Roy Hall, II; Sister, Mrs. Florence Townsend of Atlanta, Ga.; Brother, Mr. James Hicks of Alabama.

 

Mrs. Costley was preceded in death by: Husband, Mr. Reid Costley; Sons, Mr. Wayne Costley and Mr. Douglas Costley; Granddaughter, Miss Pamela Pannell; Parents, Mr. and Mrs. Herschel (Effie Mae Townsend) Hicks.
