Chilton John Barnes, SR, age 83, of Dallas, passed away on Friday, November 21, 2008. He was born on June 4, 1925, in Fairview PA., to the late Chilton Louis and Alma Barnes. He was preceded in death by his wife, Agnes Barnes. Mr. Barnes was a World War II Navy Veteran.

 

Survivors include, son and daughter-in-law, Chilton John and Susan Barnes, JR of Cogan Station, PA; sons, Gary Lee Barnes of Dillsburg, PA, and Richard Allen Barnes of Jersey Shore, PA; daughter and son-in-law, Darlis & David Cleek of Dallas; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews

 

A memorial service will be held in Jersey Shore, PA, at a later date.
