Im willing to offer $15.00 off any hair service $35.00 or more. to fill the remaining times I have open..... this offer is for pcom members only.....I have a 11:00am, a 12:45, a 2:00, and a 3:30pm. Full head of Highlights is $88 at regular price ..... all over color is $45 to $65 at regular price....
