Mrs. Judith Raylene Head Mathews, age 58, of Dallas, GA passed away on Monday, December 20, 2004. She was born on April 3, 1946 in Macon, GA to the late Ray Alton and Sybil Louise Head. She was a retired teacher and guidance counselor.

Surviving are her sons and daughters-in-law, Stephen and Amy Mathews of Centerville, GA, Chris and Jessica Mathews of Dallas, GA and Michael Mathews of Dallas, GA; grandchildren, Brandon, Dylan, Dalton, Ansleigh and Ashley Mathews; several aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, December 26, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. from Glenwood Hills United Methodist Church in Macon, GA with Reverend Hamp Watson officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 7272 Greenville Ave., Dallas, TX 75231. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, GA in charge of arrangements.
