Alice Marie Duncan, age 59, of Dallas, GA, passed away on Friday, July 18, 2008. She was born in Ft. Payne, Ohio, on November 29, 1948, and was preceded in death by her parents, Jack Edward Depew & Aline Depew, and a daughter, Roxy Spurgeon. She loved spending time with her family, reading books, crocheting, and enjoyed the beach. Mrs. Duncan was very active in her church Crestview Baptist in Marietta.

Survivors include her husband, Gregory Allen Duncan of Dallas, GA;

son, Jimmy Spurgeon, II of Stone Mountain, GA; daughters & son-in-law, Jennifer & Jason Culberson of Rome, GA, and Amanda Duncan of Dallas, GA; brother, Johnny Worley of Knoxville, TN; sister, Janice Cagley of Knoxville, TN; three grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, July 20, 2008, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm. Funeral services will be held on Monday, July 21, 2008, at 2:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home, with Dr. Bradley Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Ridge Memorial Park in Kennesaw.
