Clark Funeral Home Posted April 4, 2008 Report Share Posted April 4, 2008 Richard A. Parks, age 35, of Hiram, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2008. He was born November 18, 1972, in Cobb County, and his father, Johnny Ray Parks, preceded him in death. Mr. Parks was a Freight Broker for RMX Global Logistics in Acworth. He was a member of the Bethel Church in Mableton. Survivors include his mother, Elaine Brown Parks of Hiram; grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. A. E. Brown, Jr. of Douglasville; aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2008, at 3:00pm, from Clark Funeral Home, with Reverend Ralph Wilson and Reverend David Gresham officiating. Interment will follow in Sweetwater Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 4:00pm until 8:00pm.
