Mr. Jim Matak age 62 of Dallas, Georgia passed away at his residence on December 13, 2007. Mr. Matak was born July 28, 1945 in Chicago, Illinois (Cook County). He and Gladys Swafford Matak had been married for 25 years.

Services: 2pm Sunday December 16, 2007 from the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Brother Jimmy Driskell officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 15, 2007 from 3pm until 9pm and on Sunday from 9am until the service at 2pm. Pall Bearers: Terry Frazee, Steve Collins, Jim Roper, Richard Parker, Scott Smith and Robert Smith. Music provided by Jeff Eberhart.

Interment: Dallas Memory Gardens.
