He was born August 18, 1926 in Polk County, Georgia. Fathers Name: Pink G. Pope Mothers Name: Viola Hyatt Pope Occupation: Sawmill, Metal Fabrication Services: Thursday, January 24, 2008 at 1:00pm in the Chapel of Jeff Eberhart Funeral Home with Rev. Daniel Priest officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 23rd from 6pm until 9pm. Interment at Damascus Church Cemetery in Lindale, Georgia. Pall Bearers: Scotty Pope, John Prince, Mackie McGouirk, Harvey McGouirk, Tim Holmes, Jonathan Pope and Bo Pope.
