Clark Funeral Home Posted December 11, 2007 Report Share Posted December 11, 2007 (edited) Lillian Alison Breed, age 85, of Kennesaw, passed away on Monday, December 10, 2007. Born April 8, 1922, in Northbattleford, Canada, Mrs. Breed was preceded in death by her parents, William & Lillian Ballantyne; son, Gordon Breed; granddaughter, Karen Hamilton; and sister, Betty Nightingale. She was a piano teacher and a member of the Tullahoma First United Methodist Church in Tullahoma, TN. Survivors include her husband, Jack William Breed; daughters & sons-in-law, Laurie Hamilton & husband Doug of Tullahoma, TN, and Lois Thigpen & husband Joe of Dallas, GA; brother & sister-in-law, Walter Ballantyne & wife Dorothy of Winnipeg, Manitoba; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2007, at 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, from Tullahoma First United Methodist Church, Tullahoma, TN, with Reverend Jim Beaty and Reverend Bill Starnes officiating. Interment will follow in Rosehill Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday, December 13, 2007, from 1:00pm until 2:00pm CST. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the the First United Methodist Church of Dallas, 141 East Memorial Drive, Dallas, GA 30132.
