jzajc Posted October 20, 2007 Report Share Posted October 20, 2007 (edited) Dallas PD 230 advises that he is 10-80 with a brown LTD at Hardy Street. 10-80 on foot at Academy Drive and 278. 70 is just about 10-23. 123 is at that location and the pursuit/foot chase is not there. Dallas PD has two in custody and one still on the run, white male red polo type shirt, black hat heading toward 278 thru the woods.
