Kenneth Vernon Loop, Jr., age 68, of Hiram, passed away on Monday, October 8, 2007. He was born April 7, 1939, in New Rochelle, New York. His parents, Kenneth Vernon Loop, Sr. & Elsie Thomas Loop, preceded him in death. Mr. Loop was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. He was a painter and a musician.

Survivors include his wife Donna Rae Loop of Hiram; sons & daughter-in-law, Donald Loop of New York, Gordon Loop & wife Beth Eden of North Carolina, Kenneth V. Loop, III of Arizona, and Devin Ray Loop of Hiram; daughters, Tracey Loop of New York, Tara Lynn Loop of Florida, and Amanda Loop of Florida; step-children, Joseph Nunez of Georgia and Thomas Nunez of Massachusetts; brothers & sister-in-law, William Loop of New York and Raymond Hogue & wife Julie of North Carolina; sister & brother-in-law, Alice Moyer & husband Curt of Texas; eleven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 12, 2007, at 11:00am, Clark Funeral Home, with Brother Gordon Loop and Pastor Ron Burgess officiating. Interment will follow in Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
