Mr. Eddie Joe Pursley

Mr. Eddie Joe Pursley, age 54, of Hiram, Ga., passed away September 3, 2007, at Wellstar Cobb Hospital in Austell, Ga. He was born September 10, 1952 to the late Bobby Smith and Florens Pursley. Mr. Pursley was a truck driver for Reinhart Foods.

 

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 6, 2007, at 1 PM in the chapel of Eberhart Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Woods officiating.

 

The family will receive friends Wednesday September 5, 2007 at the Eberhart Funeral Home from 6 PM to 9 PM.

 

Mr. Pursley was preceded in death by his parents: Bobby Smith and Florens Pursley; and 1 son: William Pursley

 

Mr. Pursley is survived by his wife: Mrs. Barbara Ann Pursley of Hiram; 3 sons: Joshua and Jessica Pursley, Clint Pursley, and Dylan Langdon

4 daughters: Karin and Chris Glover, Dawn and Ben Shembarger, Wanda Pursley, and Renee Langdon

 

3 Brothers: Huston E. Pursley, Alan and Vicky Pursley, Richard Langdon

 

1 sister: Judy and Billy Dotson

 

4 grandchildren: Zachary Shipp, Branden Pursley, Gavin Fragnoli, Patrick Renoewisk.

 

In accordance to the family's wished Mr. Pursley's body was cremated after the services.

Eberhart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements for Mr. Pursley.
