Freeman, age 92, of Hiram, Georgia passed away April 14, 2007 at her residence. She was born October 14, 1914 in Meriwether County, Georgia, daughter of the late Carl and Leona Burns Ragan. She was a member of High Shoals Baptist Church and a Homemaker. She is survived by her 4 sons; Mr. Ronald Freeman of Villa Rica, Lawrence Freeman of Villa Rica, Clyde and Rebecca Freeman of Hiram, and David and Pam Freeman of Dallas; 3 Daughters; Joyce and David Byers of Hiram, Diane and Melvin Pirkle and Linda and Geary Wood of Hiram; 32 Grandchildren; 73 Great-Grandchildren and 10 Great-Great-Grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Carl and Leona Ragan, she was preceded in death by her husband, Pat Freeman; Sons: Richard, Donald, Gerald, Harold and Julian Freeman. Daughter, Ellen Smith; Brother, George Ragan and Sister, Lucille White. Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, April 17, 2007 at 11AM from the Chapel of Eberhart Funeral Home with Rev. Marvin Gunter and Rev. Johnny Wellham officiating. Interment followed in Melrose Hills Memorial Park. Pall Bearers were Santos Rogue, Chris Pirkle, Ricky Fuller, Gary Freeman, Kevin Freeman and Wes Hones. Arrangements by Eberhart Funeral Home. Link to post Share on other sites
