Jimmy Leon Johnson, age 59, of Hiram, GA, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2007. He was born in Coweta County on August 1, 1947, to the late James & Lois Johnson. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Linda Fields Johnson, step-son, Charles Fields and brother, Roy Johnson. Mr. Johnson worked as a carpenter and was a U. S. Army veteran of the Vietnam War.

Survivors include his step-daughters, Janet & Bobby Willingham of Hiram, Tammy & Michael Skelton of Dallas, and Jerri & James Johnson of Buchanan; sister, Judy O’Neal of Dallas; twelve grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; one niece; and one nephew.

A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 25, 2007, at 2:00pm, from Dallas Memory Gardens, with Mr. Ryan Dutton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, April 24, 2007, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm.
