In the Mold!

In Granny's Footsteps

Ok, I have four batches in the mold, that I should pop out of there tonight, cut, and get on the drying racks -- WOO HOO!! And they smell wonderful, if I say so myself. ;)

~ Green Clover and Aloe: A terrific unisex scent, Green Clover & Aloe is a fresh, green fragrance that reminds me of wild summer herbs growing in a field. This fragrance is much more complex than it's name sounds. A floral fruity combination of fresh citrus and jasmine petals on a woodsy, sweet musk background.

~ Hawaiian Ginger: You will love this refreshing tropical array containing top notes of tangy pineapple, freshly-sliced summer melons, and crisp apple slices. Middle notes include iris, rose, jasmine, and cyclamen. Base notes of vanilla and musk make this fragrance a perfect blend.

~ Midnight Margaritas: Yes, yes, all you Practical Magic fans -- that kind of Margarita! smile.gif This soap will remind you of all those fun times you've had, at the beach or simply with friends. This soap which will be capped with sea-salt is filled with the aroma of fresh lime with hints of lemon rinds and fresh greenery. This fragrance oil has high levels of essential oil of lime for a true-to-name aroma. ARRRIBAH!

~ Monkey Farts: The name alone evokes a smile and a giggle! This is a favorite scent of many children -- but adults alike are drawn in by it's fruity aroma. This unique fragrance begins with top notes of fresh bananas and juicy grapefruit, middle notes of kiwi, juicy bubblegum, and strawberries; and a hint of vanilla as a base note.

WOW, can't wait! I wish there was a way for us to smell those new scents as you come up with them. I'm gonna be placing a big mother's day order next week! ;)

The only way I can do that is to send you a "sniffie" in the mail of each of the scents. It wouldn't be exact to what the scent would smell like in the soap, but it would be close.

I'd still love to have a lunch sometime during spring/summer where I bring the soaps and set up for folks to sniff away.
