Pence

Mr. Jessie Edward Pence, age 70, of Ellenwood, Ga., passed away Monday, February 16, 2004. He was born February 10, 1934 in Dallas, Georgia to Ora Lee Pence and the late Paul Pence. He was a retired bridge foreman and was of the Baptist faith.

Surviving are his wife, Mary Regina Pence; daughters and sons-in-law, Renea and Robert Swearingen of Forest Park, Rita and Allen Boudet of Claxton, Ga. and

Deborah and Dennis Humphries of Atlanta; sons, Paul and Angela Pence of Monroe, Ga and Edward Pence of Ellenwood, Ga; his mother, Ora Lee Pence of Acworth; a sister and brother-in-law, Peggie and James Thomas of Acworth; a brother, Paul Pence of Atlanta; 11 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 18, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. from Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, Georgia with Reverend Darin Cochran officiating. The interment will follow in the Crossroads Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Clark Funeral Home in Hiram, Georgia in charge of arrangements.
