  1. "Frustrated Chapter 2" is now available online and it's really good. This documentary takes an unbridled look into the issues of family law that the COURTS DON'T WANT YOU TO KNOW ABOUT. Peeking behind the curtain of family law, you learn about paternity fraud, parental alienation, false allegations, the domestic violence industrial complex, child support and more. What is Social Security Act Title IV-D and how do states profit from it? For me, watching the documentary raises many questions. Should patterns of unethical conduct be investigated by the GA Bar? Is parental alienation unethical
  2. Murder for hire? Nothing a little probation can't fix. I'm not sure a father that did this would be found fit to retain custody of their daughter with the mother making child support payments to help pay for the next attempt on her life.
  3. When it comes to being disingenuous in court, where are the boundaries drawn? If someone will lie in court and or allow someone else to mislead the court, what does that say? "Anyone who doesn't take truth seriously in small matters cannot be trusted in large ones either." - Albert Einstein https://www.scribd.com/doc/263855864/Motion-to-Set-Aside-Amended-3 http://paulding.com/forum/topic/316043-is-this-improper-ex-parte-communication-between-chief-judge-tonny-s-beavers/
  4. I warned ya- You heard it first, here on PCom. Well, may be you didn't... But lawyers are salivating as gay divorce is in the arena. It may be about gay love for gay people but it's about gay money for lawyers. Pass the popcorn.
  5. Is this improper ex parte communication between Judge Tonny S. Beavers and the petitioner in this case? If this is improper what else was discussed that the Respondent was not made aware of? Is deposing the judge the only way to know for sure if the Petitioner had concealed other discussions? The Respondent was not made aware of the Petitioner and Judge #TonnyBeavers' ex parte discussion of Facebook postings. The Respondent was not made aware the Court instructed the Petitioner to bring Facebook postings to court. The Court abruptly overruled Respondent's objection and ended any further d
  6. This is basically what happens when you take the "high ground" and don't educate others on parental alienation and what goes on in courts. You end up never seeing your kids again.
  7. If you ever thought gay marriage was about gay love, guess again. It was always about money. They just had to devise a way for the conservative public to go along with it. As fewer straight couples marry and more lawyers graduate law school, there was a niche that needed to be created and filled.
  8. Can't get a contempt order with "teeth" for visitation violations? Have you read the fine print? The jokes on me and may be you, too. If your court order assigns one parent "final decision making authority", where the parties don't agree, and you aren't the decision maker, you have an order written on toilet paper. The "decider" has broad decision making authority and anything in that order is subject to the whim of the "decider". This includes your visitation or anything else written in the terms of the custodial agreement. The racket is now in play. This nullity of your state's family law
  9. This is a somewhat helpful guide to understanding how family law racketeering is kept a secret from the public. How can you tell if a family court judge is a criminal? He's wearing a robe.
  10. The Clerk of the Superior Court of Columbia County called out a Judge for attempting to hold her in contempt for not following an improper order. The judge emailed the order to her and it was rejected as spam so she never received it. Regardless of this the Order was still improper. Judges in Georgia have simply run amok, abuse discretion, abuse process and abuse power. There is no way to put it but they are finally getting push back since the JQC is toothless. https://www.scribd.com/doc/267802974/AUGUSTA-Judicial-Misconduct-Affidavit-of-Cindy-Mason
  11. Friday morning, 4/17, starting at 9am in Cobb County. If you want to see great exposure of misconduct that has been enabled and perpetuated by certain court professionals, this is a great case to watch. Please email through MyAdvocateCenter.com for more details. Don't be bullied into silence by court "professionals".
  12. Why anyone would ever think a judge is infallible is beyond me. They fail as much or more than anyone else.
  13. I'm not sure how it is not a conflict for one person to hold so many titles in the same area. The stench of corruption is that much more foul when you consider it is a common practice in Missouri.
  14. Just because someone is a judge doesn't mean that person has or exercises good judgment. Also, doesn't mean that person should be a judge. Exactly why judges shouldn't run unopposed and if they do they should have to receive X number of votes in relation to the total electorate. If you don't have X number of votes your seat should be vacated and put up for grabs without a designated incumbent.
  15. LISTEN: Saturday morning at 8am for Pro Advocate Radio! We invited Georgia District Attorney David Cooke and the Executive Director for Voices for Georgia's Children, Pat Willis, to discuss the challenges we have in protecting children and other victims of abuse. This started out as a talk about "religious liberty" and what can be missed if we're not careful, but as of today the legislative proposal involving the right to use religious freedom as a defense in court is apparently off the table. The fact remains, though, that other "defenses" are being misused in‪#‎FamilyCourt‬ to block cons
  16. I had no idea that Osborne had a tenuous relationship with the DA's office. It explains a lot about how his shenanigans were being exposed. I'm still wondering how supervising Chief Judge Good Ole Boy escapes any scrutiny since Osborne's conduct was on his watch? If you're Teflon Tonny, nothing sticks? BTW, dmn funny to hear prosecutors say the system doesn't work. Are they just bitter because the didn't get their way?
  17. This is a great example of parents that #FindTheOthers and #WorkTogether to fight the troubled court system.
  18. Your voice can literally be heard. You can make a difference in Paulding and in Georgia. Wish us luck as we enter a stage never ventured onto before! Is the talk radio world ready to take on the monkey business we families engage in when dealing with conflict? Keep your sense of humor intact but do send in your questions, especially the hard-hitting, serious ones so we know what matters to you! Expect to be challenged to make better choices as you tackle decisions about family matters. To connect with us and send us your input, please visit www.ProAdvocateRadio.org. We start this Monda
  19. Georgia courts just make things up as they go along and then try to back pedal and cover up their mistakes. Then the appellate courts rubber stamp and mop up for the trial judges. It's going to take federal courts to come back and run off the kangaroos again as was done years ago.
  20. This... This is heartbreaking... THIS IS WHY WE FIGHT FOR FAMILY LAW REFORM. Frequently courts give custody of the child to the high conflict parent in a custody dispute. Giving shared custody or primary custody to the stable parent is NOT a money maker. The high conflict parent is effectively a cash cow for lawyers and the court because they keep things stirred up by filing motions or alienating the child by obstructing contact and visitation so the opposing party has to file motions. The courts do NOTHING to diffuse hostilities by ENFORCING its own Orders. After becoming a major contributo
  21. Kangaroo courts often implement this form of divorce "gamesmanship". How do you know if you are in a kangaroo court? Well... how do you know if a lawyer or a politician is lying? This is anything but a game. It has the potential to destroy the true victim's life.
  22. If you've ever wondered why some lawyers distance themselves from some clients or even ghost write for them, this could be one reason. RICO can be used against them as well as any other organized crime syndicate. I would assume if you ghost write for a client you are no longer under attorney client privilege?
  23. Thanks to Nick Lulli and Fox 54 Augusta for restoring dignity and integrity to investigative reporting. For those of us who grew up with real investigative reporting, seeing it in it's former glory is refreshing. There is a whole generation that has grown up never having seen reporting such as this because it has been shunned in lieu of ratings and infotainment. Looking forward to a great year from them again and Wesley Brown at The Augusta Chronicle. P.S. Thank you too Pubby for providing a medium for alternative news in Paulding.
  24. Move over Illinois, in a Harvard study, Georgia has made the top ten list of most corrupt states. Ranking 7th in illegal corruption and ranking ninth in legal corruption. At this rate Georgia will be in the top 5 in no time at all. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ "It is all bad news for Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as their aggregate scores are in the highest quartiles of both illegal and legal corruption." Measuring Illegal and Legal Corruption in American States: Some Results from the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics
  25. This was a great decision in Federal Court! Here is where the system corrected itself. This is what we advocate for.
