If you've ever wondered why some lawyers distance themselves from some clients or even ghost write for them, this could be one reason. RICO can be used against them as well as any other organized crime syndicate. I would assume if you ghost write for a client you are no longer under attorney client privilege?

Thanks to Nick Lulli and Fox 54 Augusta for restoring dignity and integrity to investigative reporting. For those of us who grew up with real investigative reporting, seeing it in it's former glory is refreshing. There is a whole generation that has grown up never having seen reporting such as this because it has been shunned in lieu of ratings and infotainment. Looking forward to a great year from them again and Wesley Brown at The Augusta Chronicle. P.S. Thank you too Pubby for providing a medium for alternative news in Paulding.

Move over Illinois, in a Harvard study, Georgia has made the top ten list of most corrupt states. Ranking 7th in illegal corruption and ranking ninth in legal corruption. At this rate Georgia will be in the top 5 in no time at all. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ "It is all bad news for Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, New Mexico, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania as their aggregate scores are in the highest quartiles of both illegal and legal corruption." A known drug addicted mother has kept her child from the father for 2 years enabled by a Kangaroo Court. I bet you thought Kangaroo Courts only existed in communist countries and in South America. Nope we have them here in the good old USA. Corrupt Guardian ad litems, collusion, corruption, ignoring facts and evidence, etc. Parental alienation at its finest. Imagine if the shoe were on the other foot? http://foxct.com/2014/02/25/a-murder-for-hire-plot-foiled/

Parents are refusing to be bullied and intimidated by judges, lawyers and agents of the court and are speaking out against racketeering and collusion. When one person stands up for what's right it helps others do the same. If you are experiencing troubling problems of any kind in family court by judges and lawyers who enable such tactics as alienation, collusion, profiteering and racketeering on the backs of children, the time to stand up is now. You can send an anonymous email with the name of any lawyer, agent or officer of the court that you think should be investigated to connect@alienatio

There are a lot of good ideas for the Georgia Supreme Court's revised Judicial Conduct Rules. First up for me would be limiting Judicial Immunity for All Judges. They pretty much do whatever they want to do because people ignore their actions and they are not held accountable. Then people wonder why the "good ole boy" system keeps a tight grip on their communities.

Are you ok with troubled and even some flat out kangaroo courts going unchallenged? With recent riots whether protesting perceived injustices perpetrated by law enforcement or your favorite sports team's championship, freedom of expression should be safe, orderly and effective. One way for this to occur is to get involved because you live in Georgia. "The first step toward change is awareness, the second is acceptance." Ignoring or dismissing a problem won't make it go away. History reveals it will make abuses and subsequent responses grow exponentially. Please sign this petition for FBI i

Ryan Thomas provides insight into the tools of parental alienation (emotional and psychological child abuse). All of these keys are spot on but he leaves out the need for an enabling, gullible if not corrupt judge. Kangaroo courts are easily the fourth key to parental alienation. If they didn't tolerate it in the name of racketeering and profiteering, it wouldn't be so easy to employ such emotional and psychological abuse on children. Any judge (or lawyer) that ignores parental alienation lacks family values and should not receive the votes of family values voters. It is absolutely the cou

Apparently it's far easier to buy off judges that interpret laws with Citizen's United money than it is to buy off the legislators that write the laws. You get more bang for your buck too.-

In the old courthouse in Newnan at 10AM. If you are in favor of cleaning up the courts in GA please try to attend. We are meeting in the Old Square, Downtown Newnan. The Father is trying to move jurisdiction of the Free Jack and Thomas Case to the US Virgin Islands where the mother does not have legal representation and cannot fight. Things are really heating up in Coweta County. Right now, Coweta County and Augusta are the epicenters for the fight to reform our "troubled" court system. If you would like to see Paulding at the forefront instead of trailing behind, please show up tomorrow

If you want to see change in Family Courts please show up tomorrow TODAY at noon or whatever time you are available. Right now Augusta and Newnan are the epicenters for change in Georgia. Across from Fabiano's Pizzeria and the Coffee House. 12:00PM Update: The boys, Jack and Thomas are in a lock down facility in Syracuse, UT for troubled youth. The only trouble is these boys (15 and 13) say they want to be with t

Measure 6 supporters have claimed a tentative lead with many undecideds. Measure 6 removes the gender bias of the courts and the adversarial roles of parents in divorce and custody. Good for kids but bad for lawyer profits. Which is why supporters being out spent 10-1 by out of state influences makes this lead that much more amazing. If this measure is passed in North Dakota it can serve as a template for other states. http://www.ndsp4k.com/

Connecticut is the epicenter for family law reform right now. This man's testimony includes the loss of his son at the hands of his ex-wife's boyfriend. The man was told that he was jealous and upset because he didn't get his way in court. This is a frequent theme unjustifiably broad brushed on to corruption complaints. https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=kx4pCS_KipU
