  1. I can't wait for the Walking Dead! I have DVR'd Fear, but haven't watched it yet. I really don't like when the Walking Dead kills off main characters... Good to be back on pcom!
  2. Prayers for comfort LR. So sorry to hear this.
  3. I'm going this weekend with my daughter and grandkids! It's great fun with tons of good food and apple treats!
  4. Prayers for the family and friends....
  5. Excuse me! This is my grandson and my daughter has done everything in her power to make him a respectful young boy. She has been parenting since the day he was born! Do not judge people that you don't know, you don't know all of the circumstances.
  6. I've been looking since August last year....Nothing out there!

    Hi all!

Thanks for all the welcomes! I really miss Paulding County! Things didn't pan out like they were suppose to with us moving.... I got layed off last August and have not been able to find ANYTHING! Have applied daily with no responses. We moved because Hubby's job promised a lot of stuff that didn't happen. Now we only get a check when he is out of town.... If we would have known that we could have stayed where we were. cmorg and Joe sixpack I really miss trivia with you! cmorg how is cheerleading?? LR I miss you and would love to catch up with you! Thanks again my friends!

    Hi all!

I understand that my daughter is taking up my slack in my absence! Braydensandbayleesmom is my daughter! I really miss all of you and we are trying to move back to Paulding County. I recently talked with JackieO and hopefully she and LR can come up and have lunch one day! Hope everyone is well and many of you won't know me, but I really love this site! Take care! Kitty

My sister lives in Indiana and they play all the time! I had no idea what it was....
  11. Thanks Shawna! I know mine would love the $. I will still have several gift for him to open, just not the payload he is used to. He knows the situation with my job and I'm sure he will understand. Thanks
  12. I told mine that same thing. We have always went way overboard with presents. I was just thinking of cutting down the quanity.
  13. Alright...Ya'll have beaten me down. I will make my pilgramage to the outlet mall in Cumming to buy from the Polo store and Santa will come alas. Also, in the last two years I have had my Mom and Mother in-law spend Christmas Eve with us and got them stockings and gifts as well. The only problem is that I lost my job in August so funds are tight. My son reallly doesnt' live here, he only comes home about once every two months. I honestly hope he will be here this year for Christmas morning, but I don't know. He has a girlfriend of over a year and I hope he doesn't choose to go to her
  14. I'm talking about a 22 year old adult! He will still have Santa, but not 45 gifts likes he is used to.
  15. My daughter is married and gone. She and her husband get a gift as well as my grandchildren. I still have a 22 year old son in college and Santa still comes....I was thinking about cutting off Santa this year and letting him have one present to open and some cash. I know I am a sucker Mom, but I miss and love my baby boy (I know he's not a baby, but he will be to me forever). What do ya'll think? Please don't bash me.

I was thinking the same thing LR!
  17. I was laid off in August of this year. Wonderful job that I loved. The orders just stopped coming in. The big shots at the company say we might have a turn around late in 2010 or early 2011. I have applied for tons of jobs with nothing. I can't even get a call back. It's tough to go from 40+ a year to $330 a week. I just pray DH keeps his....
  18. Prayers for the Jesse, Denver and the family. May God help you through this.
  19. The Apple Festival is in Ellijay, GA next weekend! It's great with tons of crafts and food! I'll be there!
  20. I believe the mandatory seatbelt law was put into effect the year my first born daughter was born (1984). I could be wrong, but I have worn them ever since. Hubby on the other hand has only started wearing his since the newer cars and trucks "BONG when you don't buckle up! It makes me crazy because I won't drive until he is buckled up! Seat belts save lives!
  21. Grieving over a friend lost in a car accident as well. Really missing Paulding county, can't wait to sell the house and come back! Glad you had a good ride LR and I can't wait to see you again!
