I'm loving Piedmont. Used Wellstar when in Paulding and the wait times were horrible. I took one of my sons to the ER last week, no joke we were in and out in about 1 1/2 hours!!!!! Brand new hosp, nice and clean. Is the one in Paulding open yet?

I got a referral yesterday, it took them all of 15 minutes for it to go thru. But I went and told them last Tuesday I needed one. They waited till the last minute.

I don't get this. They screen you at school and at well cks. I started wearing glasses at age 12 and I was told by the school that I should schedule an eye exam with an eye DR after the screening..Sure enough I needed glasses. And now my 12 year old daughter needed glasses at the same age as I did.

Northwest merged with Delta. Last time I flew into Memphis was back in 2001 when my Dad died. Good times in Millington. But sad to say many bases have closed. I thought adults could qualify for hope. If you didn't graduate in GA you had to live here a year to get it. Not sure, it would be nice if my oldest could use it. My hope is that none of my children work for minimum wage. You are better off being a server and working for tips for a starter job. My oldest bagged groceries on base and on good days made over 100 a day. The problem is with the cost of going to college and paying off the debt....even though they make more than mimimum wage...Do they really with all of the bills. I worry for OUR children....................I hope there are good jobs out there for them in a few years.

When I moved back to Georgia in July I started using Comcast again. They are charging me for the internet modem which I never got or used from them. I went out and bought my own. Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it? I have called them over and over, now my bill is showing an inactive modem which means I'm not using it but they are still charging me and said I need to pay for it each month till they figure out where it really is.
